Really addictive

Love this game. My main problem with the game is the fact when I click on the guild chat it crashes so I cant post anything or even see my guild chat. My other problem is my book where you can see all the cards you have collected well there is a present next to the sections(1 star, 2 star, etc.) when they are completed and when I click on the present it says "operation failed" so I cant claim the present.
